JAM Sports Niagara offers court volleyball leagues at recreational, intermediate, and competitive levels of play in officiated and self-officiated divisions. Play in mixed gender, men’s, women’s, and mixed 4-2 Competitive formats. Leagues available Sundays-Fridays in across Niagara Region: Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Thorold, Welland, Fort Erie, Lincoln and more. Teams and free agents welcome. JAM Sports Niagara also offers drop-in court volleyball for players who want extra court time or for those with schedules that don't allow them to commit to weekly league play.
